Built Into Qualifying Concours Services

More Than a Service.
A Standard We Stand Behind.

The Concours Craftsmanship Promise™ is our public commitment to disciplined workmanship, documented vehicle care, clear communication, and a defined process for addressing verified workmanship concerns.

The Concours Difference

What Qualifying Customers Receive

The Promise is designed to create a higher level of confidence before, during, and after your service, not merely after a concern arises.

01

Documented Vehicle Condition

We may photograph, record, and document the vehicle before, during, and after service to establish condition, scope, and completed work.

02

Defined Workmanship Standards

Qualifying services are completed according to Concours installation, preparation, finishing, handling, and quality control standards.

03

Private Customer Records

Customers may receive access to vehicle specific records, service history, coverage details, and future support through a private portal.

04

A Clear Review Process

Concerns are evaluated through a documented inspection process rather than assumptions, social media arguments, or vague promises.

05

Corrective Workmanship Support

When a verified concern is caused by our workmanship, Concours may repair, reinstall, reapply, or replace the affected portion.

06

Ownership Continuity

Eligible coverage may remain with the original owner and may qualify for a one time transfer to the vehicle’s next owner.

Understanding Coverage

What the Promise Is, and What It Is Not

The Concours Craftsmanship Promise™ is a limited workmanship promise. It is not insurance, a maintenance plan, or a guarantee against every form of damage or product failure.

Potentially Covered

  • Verified installation defects caused by Concours workmanship
  • Verified application defects caused by Concours workmanship
  • Qualifying edge, finishing, alignment, or adhesion concerns attributable to our work
  • Correction of the affected portion when approved after a Concours inspection
  • Repair, reinstallation, reapplication, or replacement performed only by Concours
  • The approved corrective work is completed by Concours at no charge to the customer

Not Covered

  • Manufacturer product defects or manufacturer warranty decisions
  • Accidents, impacts, road debris, vandalism, or misuse
  • Environmental, chemical, water-spot, or contamination damage
  • Improper washing, maintenance, storage, or aftercare
  • Preexisting paint, body, trim, coating, film, or repair conditions
  • Any work altered, repaired, removed, or serviced by anyone other than Concours
  • Normal wear, aging, deterioration, or damage unrelated to workmanship
How Support Works

A Straightforward Four-Step Process

Step 01

Submit the Concern

The customer provides the requested vehicle, service, and concern information through the Concours customer process.

Step 02

Vehicle Inspection

Concours is given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle and affected work before another provider changes it.

Step 03

Coverage Review

We compare the concern with service records, vehicle condition, product information, care instructions, and workmanship standards.

Step 04

Approved Resolution

When coverage is approved, Concours performs the appropriate corrective work on the affected portion and covers the approved cost. No outside provider is authorized to perform warranty work.

A Promise That Respects the Vehicle

Coverage Can Follow Ownership

For the original customer, qualifying coverage lasts for the shorter of the period of continuous ownership or the applicable manufacturer warranty period for the installed or applied product.

A one time transfer may be available to the vehicle’s next owner when the transfer requirements are completed and approved by Concours.

Potential Transfer Requirements

  • The vehicle is presented to Concours within 90 calendar days after the documented sale.
  • Proof of the sale date and new ownership is provided.
  • The qualifying work remains in warrantable condition.
  • Concours approves the transfer in writing.
  • The transfer does not restart or extend the original coverage period.
Concours Only Warranty Service

Approved Workmanship Corrections Stay With Concours

The Concours Craftsmanship Promise covers only corrective work performed by Concours after the claim has been inspected and approved by Concours.

When a Claim Is Approved

  • Concours determines the appropriate corrective remedy.
  • Concours performs the corrective work.
  • Concours covers the approved cost of that corrective work.
  • The customer is not billed for the approved Concours workmanship correction.

Outside Work Is Not Allowed

  • No outside shop or installer is authorized to perform warranty work.
  • No customer arranged repair is covered.
  • No outside invoice is reimbursed.
  • Outside alteration, removal, repair, or reinstallation may void eligibility.
Common Questions

Before You Choose Concours

Is the Promise included with every service?
The Promise applies to qualifying services and qualifying workmanship. Your estimate, invoice, service agreement, customer portal, or written coverage information will identify the service specific terms that apply.
Does it guarantee that paint protection film will never be damaged?
No. Paint protection film can reduce certain forms of damage, but it cannot prevent every chip, puncture, scratch, impact, stain, chemical mark, or paint failure. The Promise addresses verified Concours workmanship, not every hazard a vehicle may encounter.
Does ceramic coating make my vehicle maintenance free?
No. Ceramic coatings require proper washing and maintenance. They do not make a vehicle scratch proof, chip proof, water spot proof, chemical proof, or damage proof.
Can another shop repair the work and send Concours the bill?
No. Outside repair work is not authorized under the Concours Craftsmanship Promise. Concours must inspect the vehicle first. When a workmanship claim is approved, Concours performs the corrective work itself and covers the approved cost. Work performed by another shop, installer, detailer, dealer, or service provider is not covered or reimbursed.
Will customers receive private access to their records?
The customer side is designed for private, vehicle specific information, including coverage, service history, supporting documentation, and customer support workflows.
