Business: Concours Detailing Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”)
Client: You, the customer (“you”).
1) Services & Flow
1.1 Paint Analysis ($164). A professional inspection to evaluate paint condition, defects, and recommended prep/coating plan.
1.2 Ceramic Coating (from $999). Final price depends on vehicle size/condition, correction level, and selected add-ons (wheels, glass, interior, PPF, etc.).
1.3 Credit Policy. If you proceed with Ceramic Coating at our shop within 30 days of your Paint Analysis, the $164 analysis fee is credited 1:1 to your coating invoice.
2) Deposit
2.1 Amount & Application. A $200 deposit reserves a discounted install slot and applies 100% to your coating invoice on install day.
2.2 Non-Refundable; Transferable Once. Deposits are non-refundable. With ≥48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule once within 60 days of the original install date without losing the deposit.
2.3 Expiration. If service is not completed within 60 days of deposit payment (or the rescheduled date), the deposit expires and is forfeited.
2.4 Promo Lock. Paying the deposit locks your quoted promotional price for 60 days. After 60 days, standard pricing may apply.
3) Promotional Limits
3.1 First 10 Installs. Grand-opening/launch pricing is limited to the first 10 installs. Once sold out, subsequent bookings are at standard rates unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Not a Gift Card. Deposits/credits are promotional, tied to your coating job at our shop, and not convertible to cash.
4) Scheduling, Reschedules & Cancellations
4.1 Paint Analysis Scheduling. Book your analysis upon checkout. Arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce inspection time.
4.2 Install Scheduling. If you purchase, you’ll lock an install window. We may request date adjustments for weather, supply, or staffing.
4.3 Reschedule Notice. Provide ≥48 hours’ notice to reschedule analysis or install without penalty.
4.4 Late Cancellation/No-Show. Cancelling <48 hours before an appointment or no-showing forfeits the $164 purchase and may require a new repurchase to rebook.
4.5 Our Reschedule. If we must reschedule (e.g., weather, equipment), your deposit remains valid and we’ll offer the next available date.
4.6 Ceramic Coating Scheduling. Book your ceramic coating upon checkout or with a member of our team after you pay your $200 deposit. Arrive on time; late arrivals may inquire an additional fee and or delayed installs. Please be considerate of others that have proceeding appointments. inspection time.
4.7 CERAMIC DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE - ALL MONIES OF YOUR DEPOSIT ARE TO PRE-PAR FOR PRODUCTS NECESSARY TO PREP AND INSTALL YOUR VEHICLE.

5) Vehicle Condition & Additional Work
5.1 Pre-Existing Issues. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects (rock chips, scratches, repaints, thin/failed clearcoat, bodywork, oxidation, water spots, contamination, PPF edge lifting, etc.).
5.2 Inspection & Documentation. We perform an intake walk-around (photos/video) to document condition. You authorize us to operate and move the vehicle for service.
5.3 Extra Prep/Correction. If the vehicle arrives excessively dirty or requires additional correction beyond the quoted scope, additional charges will be discussed and approved before work proceeds.
5.4 Belongings. Remove all valuables. We are not liable for personal items left in the vehicle.
6) Results, Maintenance & Warranty
6.1 Results Vary. Outcomes depend on paint condition, environmental exposure, and maintenance. We do not guarantee elimination of all defects.
6.2 Maintenance Requirements. To maintain gloss and hydrophobic performance, follow our care guide and recommended wash intervals/products.
6.3 Product & Workmanship Warranty; Care Requirements. Any manufacturer warranty on the ceramic coating applies per the manufacturer’s written terms, which may require proof of proper maintenance. We stand behind our workmanship; if you believe there is a workmanship-related issue, notify us promptly so we can inspect and, if confirmed, correct it at no charge. Ceramic coatings require specific after-care. You agree to follow our written care instructions (including using ceramic-safe/pH-neutral soaps and approved wash techniques). Our warranty does not cover damage or diminished performance caused by failure to follow after-care guidance, use of unapproved chemicals or wash methods (e.g., automatic brush washes, abrasive polishes), third-party work or reinstallation, or misuse, neglect, environmental fallout, or mechanical abrasion.
7) Photos/Video & Marketing
7.1 Documentation. You consent to reasonable photo/video documentation of your vehicle for quality control.
7.2 Marketing Use. We may use before/after images for marketing unless you email us in writing requesting opt-out before pickup.
8) Pricing, Taxes & Payment
8.1 Quotes. Quotes are estimates subject to inspection. Final pricing reflects agreed scope and any approved add-ons.
8.2 Taxes/Fees. Applicable taxes/fees are additional unless stated otherwise.
8.3 Balance Due. The remaining balance after applying the $200 deposit and $164 analysis credit (if applicable) is due at drop-off/pickup on install day.
8.4 Chargebacks. For disputes, contact us first. Unauthorized chargebacks after services may incur collection and administrative fees.
9) Liability & Limits
9.1 Care & Custody. We exercise reasonable care while your vehicle is on our premises.
9.2 Limit of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount paid for the service at issue or (b) actual direct damages. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
10) Force Majeure
Events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, supply chain issues, utility outages, illness) may delay service. We’ll notify you and reschedule; deposits remain valid.
11) Communications & Consent
By entering your contact information, you consent to receive service-related phone calls, SMS/email. You can opt out at any time (may affect scheduling reminders).
12) Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue lies in the courts of Palm Beach County, FL unless otherwise required by law.
13) Acceptance
By clicking “Complete my order,” “Reserve,” or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
